How can i now what firmware i have before i update it??

Didn't cause any major problems since I utilized my experience as a previous computer technician. I can imagine how difficult it would be for a person who does not have the same experience as I do ... In a market perspective, this is a major problem, as it limits the market area. Especially when *ainol tablets are exported to non-Chinese speaking countries ...

The FAQ section gives no answers of concern ... Here it's possible to find answers to the situation before buying a *ainol tablet (directly from *ainol (?)), not after when needed ...

Also notes that although there are few comments with questions on the news page, there is a lack of response from the support (there is no such ...?) or any employee who can answer the questions ... This is from a market perspective very alarming, as it clearly signals that *ainol are not interested in their end-users! A company that just want to sell, not give any support ... (Very bad PR!)
