Pues la impresion a primera vista es inmejorable, la pantalla por su precio es una maravilla, pero la falta de una rom estable hace que no termine muy bien. tardo casi un mes en llegar, la presentacion es buena,exceptuando que el cargador venga a parte de la caja. El tablet pesa un poco pero la carcasa de metal hace su funcion.

el arranque es lento. y la incompatibilidad con aplicaciones normales dejan el tablet para reinicio de fabrica aburriendo configurar cada vez todo.

al final se ha quedado la pantalla en negro con la luz trasera y un bonito pisapapeles y esperando alguna solucion, espero tener que cambiar mi opinion.

      I have ordered and received 3 Captain Tablets. I received them on March 6 2014. Today is April 29th, 2014 and all 3 tablets have failed for one reason or another. One will not turn on or boot, second for screen lock pin number can not be entered on screen and the third tablet, App errors, apps not installed or accessible. This unit is unstable for one reason or another. Ainol Novo customer service is great at responding and telling YOU how to fix the unit yourself, but never do they mention or address warranty service or return for repair. So if it is defective, Novo will suggest you fix it yourself and will provide you what ever you need. This is unsatisfactory and not good business relations for new products. The failure of 3 units out of 3 purchased is also unacceptable. Now I am trying to find out that Ainol Novo will do if anything.

      I bought the Ainol Novo 10 Captain last christmass and It's been working fine for just one week. Afterwards it has begining to reset all the time.

      I've already tried to reset to factory settings but it doesn't work either.

      I want to make use of the 12 months warranty, so I suppose I've to send it to china.

      When will I get back the table repaired?

    • The tablet doesn't start. It is stuck with "ainol Tab NOVO10 Captain QuadCore". I tried to make a soft reset, connecting it to the charger and press the power button for 5-10 sec. Then the battery logo shows, but after I tri again it is the same.

    • Hello! My Ainol Captain is the best all round of all the tablets I have owned or tried. Thank you for all your hard work in making this unit available.

      My virus app warns me that my tablet is running in High Privilege Mode, which I should cancel immediately. There are so many answers that I cannot know which is the most effective and the safest. Could you give me instructions to stop High Privilege Mode, please? I am not very technical, so please use very simple English.
